Well I sure learned something! I've heard of "visualization"..but I thought it was just imagining something. How come no one has mentioned this before!! If it's a "gift'..guess I don't have it. I do remember having a vision one time..with my eyes open...looked like a movie screen.Don't want to say what I saw on it..but it scared me. Maybe it was meant to make me understand something about someone..but I still haven't figured it out.

Because your brain put the images there, its a form of day dreaming.  You may find it comes and goes when you are tired, stressed or bored.

Its called visulition. Its good my partner can do it to he can see in the dark very well and also sleep with his eys open.(thats trippy)

Use it to your advantage.  Just think you would be able to walk around with your eyes closed.  You can also perform out of body experiences, with lots of practice ofcourse.

Couldn't agree with Mr.P more. (he's my other half BTW, so I guess I'd better say that!) ;-)

Visualisation is a wonderful gift to have. Don't be afraid of it. I remember the first time I did it, I scared myself witless. But I worked with it and developed it, and I wouldn't be without it now.

The thing to do is to take little baby steps and just go with it. Don't shut the images out when they come. It might help you to keep some kind of journal to observe any patterns or recurring things that you see.

Working with visualisation can lead you on to pathworking which is an immensely rewarding thing to do, both psychologically and spiritually.

It's called visualisation - or using 3rd eye. You should also be able to see in darkness pretty well too.

It is a gift - use it wisely.

According to scientific research what ever you see it stored in our eyes for about ten seconds so if you close your eyes during this period you will still see the same thing as you have seen. But if its really something extraordinary than do the best of it and use for the benefit of human being.

***edit got bored ill explain it in full detail sry for making this post probally hella long* its natural for me, when you have your eyes open and even when you look at the screen you can kinda see dots and waves, bassicly you can see energy? at least i can, mine may be a little different from yours, anyway, when you close your eyes as far as my research has produced you still see because you gather energy, like you normally do, and thus sight, because your soul form never has closed eyes, your body may rest your soul on the other hand does not.

as the energy radiates towards you , your soul picks it up and sends it to your subconscious part of the brain, which is most active during sleep, thus it is really similar to regular sight. SO what about ghosts and such, yeah youll see them too, as you get more advanced in the sight, youll be able to see in that form better, and also you can see energy with your eyes open, probally alot better than most, also if your like me you can see inside someones soul sorta, and see what kind of person they really are, its not a gift to be scared of, its saved me loads of times, the only bad side is as it advances you may need glasses, im going to go get my eyes checked here within the next month, anyway if you have any comments or qs email me ill try to answer them, and that goes for anyone just dont be a snob, or a hypocrite because i hate both...with a passion

i couldnt agree more with Mr. P and Raven eyes...i got to experience it for the first time last summer (1 year ago) and its only happened twice.. its like you are really looking at something with your eyes open..in full colour, but your eyes are closed and these images come in, like i said its like having your eyes open.. last summer a couple of times when i closed my eyes, i was seeing gold fish, and i didnt know what to make of it, and i was like my god was that a full on vision ? then days later most of the gold fish died in my fountain.... then it happened again right in the start of this year.. i started seeing a water sprinkler, but made it stop, i got scared cause my family were going away and i feared something bad might of happened to them.. but when i started thinking why would i see a water sprinkler...a memory came to me, about a special place i used to go to, and there were water sprinklers there, maybe i should of gone there, i dont know... but i sure hope it happens again...talk about visual images....
