  1. If you mean during a match...rules do not allow enough time to change clothes (although some men change shirts).

If you mean changing outfits completely, most are under contract with the various manufacturers to wear their designs only.  The players wear the same thing day after day because it's like free advertising for the designers.

This has gotten a little out of hand as the big names like Nike, Reebok, Addidas and others design new outfits for each major tournament....Maria Sharapova's "short pants with 1970s tuxedo shirt" at this year's Wimbledon was a recent example.

  2. they have a single outfit per tournament because 1. they don't actually buy their clothes, they are sponsored and get them for free, so whoever sponsors them send them an outfit to wear during the tournament as advertisement.

  3. They often have a collection of similar outfits in a favorite design and with their sponsors' logos on them. They don't actually wear a single "one and only" outfit over and over again. Although this appears to be the case (I remember Nadal was once claimed to have nothing but blue attire) it isn't. It's just an illusion. :)

  4. men change shirts sometimes on changeovers
