Why is it a violation of Yahoo's terms of use to state a fact?

In an answer asking about the differences between Obama's and Bush's Ivy League education, I pointed out that Bush was a C student while Obama was an A student. Apparently pointing this out is a violation of YA!?

  1. idk mabey someone flagged it or somthing becuase there a die hard bush supporter

  2. Because it's a thought crime to make fun of Bush and point out that Obama is not dumb like neocons make him out to be.

  3. Aparently YA are a bunch of Republicans.

  4. Are you sure that's all you wrote?  As respectfully and tactfully as that?

  5. It shouldn't have been......if you have read Yahoo's Guidelines, you basically can't rant, curse, insult, mention something illegal, make racist remarks, etc. etc.  The answer as you stated above, should have been fine.

  6. THEY MAKE THE RULES.

  7. You might as well accept the fact that if you say something critical of McCain or Bush....your question will get deleted because some McBush supporter will report it.  They don't like hearing the truth.  My last two questions have been.

  8. Are you sure you're telling us everything about your answer?

  9. Some people are just bent on reporting anyone who says something that they disagree with--especially in the politics section.  You can always appeal the report, because if it was worded like it is here, then it is not a violation of Y!A's user policy at all.  If, however, it was something like "why don't these moron, ****ing neo-cons realize that their brain dead washout...blah, blah, blah" then it is insulting to other users on this forum who subscribe to that belief.  Personally, I wouldn't report something like that, but name calling is in violation of the user policy.
