Why is it acceptable and NOT against the Y!A rules to create an avatar using Black Face, like Vaudeville?

Isn't this against the Y!A rules? Is this something these people would do at the workplace OR in public?

  1. Why do you assume it IS?

    Report it.

    (You DO realize it's a user-moderated site, right? Read the Guidelines, and the information about how the Report system works.)
