small hard to see ... no headlights no brake lights no turn signals... no seat belts most offen no driver license do you see where you when wrong... need a lawyer for what to pay more for a fine your going to have to pay anyways... no just pay the fine and get rid of the kart... can only drive them in a big dirt field or on a race track

Go carts are way too small to see. && most people driving them are probably not old enough to have their liscense so it is dangerous.

No lawyer required..........You need a drivers licence (4 wheels and a motor), a licence plate and insurance coverage.......I don't think you'll get it because go-karts are not built to travel on the roads.

You need........insurance a license, tags, a vehicle inspection a letter from the manufacturer that states that it will meet all the U.S. emissions and safety regulations which will not happen and the following because it has four wheels...

18. Motor, Serial, or Vehicle Identification Number

19. 1988 & newer - inspect for window tinting or coating
