How old are you? You sound like me when I first started going through adolescence. Periods and bras are just part of growing up and they are normal. It's awkward at first, but when you get older it usually becomes a lot less awkward and you can talk about it without feeling embarrassed as much. Don't worry, it is all part of growing up!
