People try to multi-task when they are driving, those people don’t pay attention to the road or the rules of the road.

Happens where I live all the time.  The light is green for a good 5 seconds before the driver in front finally gets jolted by someone beeping their horn.

its not just you I was at a light behind 2 vehicles and the guy behind me was honking but the front guy must of sent his brain on an errand

They are too busy yakking on their cell phone or sending text messages and don't realize the light is green.
