Why is it bad to write on yourself with sharpe?

Is it like really bad to write on yourself with a sharpe does it like cause you to get lead Poison, if i do that will they have to amputate that body part. Will what i write on me stay on me forever.

    casue you cant get sick or anythign from it

    it just makes your skin a diffrent color

  2. LOL... you're advanced enough to know the word "amputate," but you still think writing on yourself with a Sharpie will cause all this?

  3. Well, it will take a lot of washing to remove the permanent ink.

    If you need to write something like a phone number on your hand etc better to use a ball-point -pen(biro).~it will wash off easier.

    Better to keep a jotter-pad - handy.

  4. Hi Sweet.....

    Writing on your skin with a sharpie is not life threatening but may cause problems/infections if it gets into a scratch or cut.

    It also looks terribly childish and dirty. It also is tough on your skin, especially to get it off.

    Try drawing on paper and give your skin a break.
