I always thought you were suppose to brush and then mouthwash. It just seems like it makes better sense.

  1. With the whitening mouthwash you only want to leave it in your mouth one minute for the whitener to work...spit it out then brush to get rid of what is left after it has done its  job...

***** my friend was a dental assistant and she said that the toothpaste and the mouthwash says it fights tartar and it whitens teeth; the whitens over rules the tartor so it wont get it of so u r like not getting wat ur teeth need and this is a fact this is from a pro dentist who has been in dentistry  for going on 36 years !!

  4. some mouthwashes break up plaque and stains so you should brush after to get them off your teeth.

  5. Tell you what...gargle before and after...that way you will have to buy more of the product and no doubt that is what they want you to do...the truth is, gargle after you brush and don't eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after you gargle...that gives it time to do it's job. Good luck and I wish you well.
