  1. The reason that people have their wisdom teeth taken out is that most people just don't have room for them to saty in their mouth comfortably. They are called wisdom teeth because they appear so late—much later than the other teeth, at an age where people are wiser than as a child, when the other teeth erupt.

    Hope I helped a bit!

  2. they get removed because lots of times they can become impacted, or there might not be enough room in your mouth for them which causes your other teeth to get scrunched up and crooked.  they can go up and down and never fully come thru causing lots of pain as well.

  3. its called wisdom teeth became it comes out in the later part of our life  and it needs to be taken out because some ppls mouth are 2 small when it starts coming out

  4. cuz they come out when you get older, they are leftover teeth from the old days when our jaws wuz larger, just like our coccyx

  5. They are called wisdom teeth because they come at the onset of adulthood and are the last teeth you get. It is supposed that by this time you will have gained wisdom in your life.

  6. because people gain wisdom as they get older.  Most people usually only start to see signs of their wisdom teeth when they grow older.  So im guessing thats where the name comes from.

You dont have to take them out.  Some people do not if it doesnt cause a problem.  Most people get them out because there wont be enough room so it will start to push on the other teeth and can cause your teeth to get messed up.  It can also be very painful as you let them grow in which is why a lot of people get them taken out before they fully grow in.

  7. They are called wisdom teeth because you get them later in life. They usally take them out becuase they mostly come in wrong ( like underneath on next to other teeth ). Also, you pallet ( jaw ) might not have enough room to hold them. If you have or have had braces, they tend to mess with that. In the military it is usally standard to get them removed before service. :)
