  1. not all rain forests receive an intense amount of rain, but because of their tropical location close to the equator of the earth, many of them do infact receive a good amount of rain.  also cause theres lots of trees. lol

  2. Because the forest receives an intense amount of rain

  3. It rains a lot in the jungle.

  4. Because it rains a lot there

and there is a dense forest,

and most important, because the forest itself is dense enough and large enough to trap the moisture that it gets into a cycle of evaporation and redeposition through rainfall so that it keeps raining again and again.

A rain forest is not just because it has rained a lot but because it actually creates conditions which help make it rain even more.

  5. a rain Forrest is called a rain Forrest because it produces its own rain the precipitation is so much ,and the surrounding country contains the clouds ,so the water moves up and down usually daily ,they are the wettest types of Forrest's,

the Forrest below Victoria fall is also called rainforest's's but it get its continual water from the spray of the water falls ,

rainforest's are mostly in the humid tropics. And the flora and fauna is typical

Other forests also produce a lot rain ,but the clouds tend to move elsewhere and they are a little bit dryer, because of that an subsequently have different flora and fauna.

also forests can be found at all over the world not only in the tropics

  6. It's called a 'rain forest' because it is a forest that recieves massive amounts of rain.

  7. Because of the heat and humidity, the canopy of leaves creates an inner rain within the forest itself.

  8. It rains a LOT there. And there are a bunch of trees, making it a forest.

  9. Because of the higher than average precipitation which occurs in that particular region; because of unique ecosystem which formed due to all the rain; because of the lush and thick tropical plants and trees which have grown thanks to all that moisture.

  10. because it is like a forest of trees...but the area is tropical so it rains alot

  11. rain forests are forests that are situated in a rainy part of a country, probably 80% rain and high humidity
