  1. no......NO. Where in the h**l did u hear that from???

  2. never heard of it.  It would actually seem to be good luck if you're looking at it logically.

keeps the bugs out of your shoes.  I've done a bit of camping in my days and trust me - that's kind of an important thing.

if you wanted to go hookey, we could say upside down is good because it keeps the ghosts from stepping into your shoes.

only reason I can think it would be bad luck was if you were in a hurry to get to work and had to waste time turning them over.

and I think not eating meat on Friday is a Catholic choice, not a superstition

  3. When that superstition was create, People lived in houses with dirt floors. And deadly spider or a scorpions and other nasty things use to crawl into someones shoes and when that person full his or her  foot in that shoe.. They had a very nasty surprise awaited them and it took hundred of death before those people caught on about putting their shoes on a table or a chair or hanging them up or just shaking their shoes out before they put the on.... And this happen very early in time when man-kind first started wearing shoes.... Now you know how that superstition got started and why it still exist even unto this day, For the times have changed but nasty things crawling into your shoes has not..................

  4. No wonder I havent had a freaking date in forever. Im gonna go pick up my shoes now...

  5. I agree with Austin. It's not considered to be bad luck. Well, at least from what I know so far.
