Why is it considered uncool to be a decent guy having morals and standards now?

It seems it's not acceptable to treat people with respect and have good behaviour and manners? What has happened to society?

I totally agree. It's not very common to find a respectable guy with good manners these days. I don't think it's considered uncool... Things have just changed. I think there are a lot of decent guys out there but they're just hidden. lol

It's not uncool to be a decent guy with morals and standards.  It's uncool to be boring.  There's a difference.

Society has lost it's values .. at least, that seems to be the case in America. However, if this is something you truly believe in, then go with your gut and continue down the same path.

This is not new. Society is regressing. That is what is going on. Maybe it's natural. People just don't care and are heavily influenced by celebrities.

Good morals and standards never go out of style.  It is just that most women prefer to date dirtbags and lazy bums instead of good guys (gimme your down thumbs, but you know it's true).  Hang in there.  Someday your efforts will be appreciated.

I'm sorry that it seems that way.  But cool isn't important.  Being a good person with moral and standards is respectful, way better than being cool.  Don't change!

Girls and boys who are deent and normal should be proud of themself...it's not how u look or bhave tdat makes u cool....it's ur confidence in yourself that matters...Be urself however u are...Everyone is special and cool in some way or the other.

We live in a secular society that has pushed basic morals and values to the side. I respect anyone who has the strength to go against the grain and not conform to society's norms. I had a hard time in High-School because all of my friends went off and basically threw their lives in the toilet just to have some quick fun   . You just have to hold your own and stay true to yourself.
