Why is it difficult for a guy to express his feelings?

There's this colleague of mine I've been spending a lot of time with. We go on vacations and weekend getaways together ( 6 times in 9 months), practically spend every weekend hanging out either with our friend or just ourselves. Of course I see him at work everyday. He's also been showering me with gifts and they are getting more and more expensive. Everyone thinks we're an item but he never voices his feelings.

Should I move on?

Guys are worried about saying or doing the wrong thing, so they play it safea nd do nothing

I won't say move on. Probably just observe another while and see how. Slowly, then you "test" him on how he feels about you. Maybe the next gift he gives you, you ask him "why are you giving me gifts? Not like I'm your girlfriend or anything of that sort". This reaction would then give you your awaited answer!
