Why is it everytime i try to calll this wound care place during regular office hours i get voicemail they say?

Office hours are monday-friday 9-5 but everytime i call during those hours i get voicemail. it doesnt say they're on vacation or anything

The question you need to answer is do you get your issue resolved?

They may be short handed right now.  If they do not require appointments, they probably do not have anybody to answer the phone.  Essentially, it's the same as calling an emergency room.  The doctors and nurses are busy.  Just go there if you need their help.
