they are all afraid of the consequences. i just heard this story about a police officer who took an offer for s*x from a girl to get out of a ticket then the girl who offered it to him turned around and blackmailed him. she made him marry her and support her kids. so because he took the bribe this girl is taking all of his money and living in his house with her kids and paying for everything.

No     ammount      of      money    you    could     offer     an    Officer     is      worth      jeopardizing     his    job     and    his    family's     source    of     income.       It    is      also      a     very    serious    crime      to      bribe     or     attempt    to    bribe    the    Police.
