Why is it hard 4 me to attach to paramormal state when i am obessed with ghost hunters?

I have not watched the new show yet.Keep forgetting when its on and from the previews I saw from that show it is to much like Ghost Hunters and all that this show is really into it now is for the very good money they get paid now and all the right equipment I would give anything to have for my Paranormal Group.

    There may be something telling you don&#039;t watch that fake stuff and if your really interested look for a reputalbe Paranormal Group and ask to go out with them and then see for yourself just how into it you really are.  I started the Paranormal Group I am in now and we have all sorts of people and we all work together well as I think we share the same interest.  Our group investigated an old but kept up well Mansion and we got invited back 5 more times to invetstigate and we do not charge anyone for our services.  Anyways, the last night we were there one of our investigators got a picture of a full bodied clear female appartion and we have showed it to the ones who take care of the Mansion and Historical Society group what we got and everyone was pleased about it and I was off the walls happy.  I have gotten other apparitions but not a full bodied one before.  I think the Mansion was telling us Thank-you for being their for them.

    I will always keep doing this line of work.

  It is real and no one can blame anyone on being drunk or high as our group does not do any of that.

We do it for the pleasure of helping others.

I think you &quot;want to believe!&quot; Perhaps you&#039;re into the whole or paranormal phenomena, though Ghosts hunters have a more direct study, they&#039;re centralized on one thing only, ghosts..

Could be lots of reason. Maybe you think the TAPS crew (or one of them) is cuter than those Paranormal State guys.

I&#039;m not being funny certainly anyone can see that Paranormal State was produced to get the younger crowd watching.

You might also like the equipment/detection techniques that TAPS takes versus the religious/seance &quot;dead hour&quot; approach that Paranormal State takes.

Perhaps you are offended in some way that Paranormal State imposes their religious beliefs upon people they are attempting to help.

Perhaps, accepting new things and change is in general not easy for you.

Perhaps the above stimulated some of your own thoughts/answers to this question that ultimately only you can answer.

because it&#039;s stupid. lastnight it was a bunch of people in a trailer and all they needed to do to get rid of the &quot;demon&quot; was clean and go to couple&#039;s counseling..yeah some demon that was.

I haven&#039;t watched Ghost Hunters that much...but P.S. is (so far) about exorcisms and getting evil spirits etc. out of a place. I think G.H. is more about just finding spirits and showing &quot;proof&quot; on tv.

There is no gray areas.  Its either god or a demon with these guys.  Plus these they seem to be clueless, possibly puppets for the psychic guy.  I don&#039;t think they know what they are doing.

It could be your subconscious BS meter is not allowing you to buy into the Paranormal State line of nonsense.  The Ghost Hunters line of nonsense is much easier to reconcile with the real world so you prefer it.

That&#039;s just the thing, I think too many people are trying to compare the shows. They are too different from each other to try that. You have to view each one as a separate show.

I&#039;m still on the fence about if I like Paranormal State or not. I think it&#039;s going to take me a few more weeks to figure it out.
