Why is it hard for guy with size to find a job that is not law enforcement, security, etc.?

I don't know if it me or is it my size that kills me when I go on an interview.

Size doesn't matter.only the knowledge and the way presenting themself is very important in finding a job.

With few exceptions, job compatibility is based on education and experience.  There are s few jobs where being a larger person would not work in your favor (airlines steward etc.) , but  they are not in the majority.

Think in terms of finding other things they may be picking up on.

Unless you have been told that this is the reason, I wouldn't rule out some other area that could be the problem. What kind of job are you looking for and do you meet the requirements for this position? Do you have the educational background or the required experience for these positions? How are your interviewing skills and does your resume need some fine-tuning? These are all questions that you can consider... Good luck and don't give up.
