  1. Try weight training. It will get your muscles working and burning energy or calories. Use weights that give you resistance but don't try doing too much and hurt yourself. That and eating properly, I'd get rid of the fast food and junk food from your diet, that right there is a ton of unwanted calories.

  2. maybe your putting on muscle try walking more and see if that helps

  3. Stop eating c**p food! lol. Weight training will help too. Mucsle burns fat. Good luck

  4. Weight training would only be temporary fix if your diet isn't in check. Everything in weight training would work for you for the first 6 weeks but then you'll end up with the same questions your asking now when you platue from the training effect. Nothing is a miracle fix except maybe a colon detox..that stuff is magic all the time and gets rid of stuff dieting and excerise cannot. Google colon detox, if your experiencing any of the symptoms of a 'clogged' colon then that alone could put you down to 140!

  5. You should also start some weight training, it will rev up your metabolism, helping you burn fat faster. Start off with about half an hour of weight training a day and slowly work your way up to about an hour a day, continue doing your cardio. Take 2 days off a week for recovery.

  6. From my experience.. It's usually the other way around. (The heavier you are, the easier weight comes off.) Everyone's bodies are different, however..

My advice is just try to eat healthier and continue (as well as switch up!) the cardio exercises you do 3-4 times a week. Drink lots of water, and take a multi vitamin every day.

Also, if you drink diet soda (or regular for that matter), VOW to stop. High fructose corn syrup and aspartame are some of the worst things we can consume, and they often mess with our metabolism and cause us to gain weight. Instead, start drinking tea, water, or flavored (non-carbonated) water.

    Good luck!
