Why is it i'm allowed only to stay in the Phils. 59 days while i was given a 6 months visa?

I want to know the exact location of the Philippine Embassy in Manila Philippines.Do i have to go to Australian Embassy regarding my problem?

The length of validity of the visa is not the length of stay you are authorized - it's apples and oranges, mate!  The 6-month visa validity means you have that period of time to present yourself to the inspectors at the port of entry in the Philippines in order to seek entry into their country.  The amount of time you are authorized to remain in-country is, apparently, 59-days.

The length on the visa does not matter, it's the length that you are given upon arrival that counts.
