Why is it illegal on YA to ask any question that upsets the city of San Francisco?

And why do they think they are better than anyone else? I am an ex-Californian and have been through that place many times. Let me tell you it is not that special. The city is not cute or funny. Neither are the crude people running it. What is the problem over there?
