  1. It's not.  Lots of cemeteries are on mountains.

  4. Because moutanins are within a state park or owned by the government, there fore no burials allowed

  5. Here in Eastern Kentucky the only other thing they can do with a body is throw it in the Tug Fork River and, that is agaisnt the law.
