  1. Because all children are different and have qualities of their own, but they still require the same amount of attention and understanding among their peirs.


  2. so we cut out racism and they learn to respect there own and other cultures

  3. Acceptance, tolerance, understanding, compassion....values we are kinda losing

  4. it is important to teach a child that everyone person is different and that they need to treat that person the same way they want to be treated. if everyone practiced that method there would be no racism.

  5. Since childhood is the foundation of your life, the morals and values you learn as a child carry on through your life. If you don't learn how to respect and value other children, then that will most likley carry on as you grow older.

  6. To eliminate racism.  I teach in Detroit and you would not believe how many times I have heard parents and older siblings tell their child, my student "you don't have to listen to her, she is white."  (they're black and have a problem with whites).
