  1. Maybe spelling would help before trying to communicate!


  2. It means a lot to the family. You can have a great relationship with the family/child by being positive. THat does not mean that you do not ever tell them anything negative. You just have to do it in a nice way.

    You can't just say " Your kid is the worst one in the class." You have upset the parent, hurt the child and.... might have lost a job.

  3. well i would say that it provides a role model for the children and also it sets the mood for communication. if you are genial they will be as well.
