Why is it important to find new sources of frech water and to conserve the sources now available?

Because of pollution...it's rapidly depleting available fresh water...even the areas in hard to reach places...due to acid rain...the more we pollute our water the more chemicals are needed and processes to treat it to make it usable.

here's why right now only 15% of the worlds water is drinkable fresh water and about half of that is stuck in glaciers

thats why we need to save and work towards a brighter tomoorw (gosh that was a really hippie of me to say)

With increasing population and industrial needs, earth is going to suffer.

Acid ran,uncontrolled use of pesticides and chemicals are spoiling our water sources.
