Why is it important to get enough sleep at night?

Im only 15, but I always just get like 4 hrs of sleep at night.. Just because I gotta go to school, and I like to stay up late with my friends.. but at school they were talking about how its bad for you or w/e if you dont get enough sleep .. well i was wondering why is it bad? I mean does it even do anything different to you?

  1. if you sleep more, it will improve your skin, temper, weight, energy levels, plus you wont have ugly circles under your eyes.


  2. Try going to sleep for 8 hrs and then let us know you feel. Guarantee you'll feel ten times better. More energy, more focused, less grumpy.

  3. i slept two hours a night .I fell asleep during class.destroys my focus
