do you have to ask.wake up your child will be taken care of  regardless but they are a part of raising your child doesn't it interest you on the moral level on who you leave them with? the only way to know is to make small talk with the provider.

Why would you want a negative one? Those are your kids!! If the relationship is not positive than it could reflect on the care your kids are recieving.
