  1. Yes.  The notes will be more on pitch, and will also sound more clear.

  2. If you push in the middle of the fret and you push hard enough it will bend the string to a higher pitch. Therefore, not playing the true note of the fret. Hope that helps!

  3. The tune might be different? please answer my guitar question~

  4. We play nearest the fret so that the depressed string will not produce a buzzing sound. Experienced guitarists can press in the middle or the far side of the fret and still produce the desired tone because of finger strength.

Get in the habit to develop that good trait of holding the strings down nearest the higher fret and you will be all right.

  6. it makes a clear sound not a buzz noise

  7. If you are such a "perfectionist" then WHY don't you ASK YOUR TEACHER?... because any real "perfectionist" would want to learn the PROPER TECHNIQUE from a TEACHER, knowing that only a TEACHER can help them with perfect technique  and not try to learn how to play guitar on their own for FREE.

Have you even TRIED different finger pressures on the strings to see what the effect is?  If you have, then certainly you will have noticed how the strings will BUZZ if you don't put enough pressure on the string and the closer you get your finger to the fret... the EASIER it is to hold the string down without getting FRET BUZZ

Your TEACHER should have shown you this during your FIRST session.

  8. Hey Jusin

the correct fingering is to play just behind the fret as this is where you get the cleanest and purest song. Also, it helps a person to finger-stretch much easier.

If you fret a note and move your finger to the back and to the front, you will notice a change of tone, not the pitch.
