In the work place it is important to be supportive of your co-workers because this fosters a team mentality and improves the moral of those you work with. Furthermore, if you're supportive of others, they are more likely to be supportive of you.

i dont think it is, and personally i never do, im a chef, and a very good one, in fact i get paid a h**l of alot of money to do my job and i do it very well, i work with a bunch of monkeys, that will probably never amount to anything in their lives, they r good people, but their incompetance brings them down... so far down in fact, its a level i could never lower myself to, so i dont support them....believe me, if u want to do well in your career life...you dont need to support jack!!!
