  1. secondary data is faster to collect than primary data as you don't have to physically go and do the research yourself..this is the only reason i can think of right now! x


  2. Secondary data might answer the question your asking so that you wont have to do your own research i.e. primary.

    Secondary data can be compared to primary data to see if yours is valid and reliable.

    Ok let me tell u, primary data is raw data which you have collected through doing surveys and other way of retrieving information. Secondary is data already collected and you can use this data in the same way.
