  1. Because if you don't, then who you don't like has a better chance of winning.

  2. Yes I do. I encourage people to not only vote but learn something about the candidates and vote for the person whose ideas and values you agree with the most. Don't fall into the lberal/conservative trap. It only divides us as a nation and a society.

I go to candidates' websites and read what they have to say. I am an Independent, so I go to websites on both sides of the political aisle. Even if you belong to a party I still think you should vote for the person you'd like to see as president (or whatever office you are voting on) and not just along party lines.

Saying only vote "liberal" or "conservative", I think, is small minded though it is how many people approach politics.

Adolph Hitler's n**i Party was anti-liberalism. Hitler was a monster. On the other hand, Ronald Reagan was a conservative and was a fabulous man and president.

Don't listen to political attack ads and don't vote for someone because daddy is or because your pastor endorses that person. Who stands for what you stand for? I would say vote for that person.

It's about time Americans started voting FOR someone and not AGAINST someone.

  3. It is important to vote and the choice of your candidate is even more important. Think about it. What would happen if no one was voting? Who would control the government?  Bankers? Oh wait, maybe they already do?  Watch the movie ZEITGEIST at zeitgeistmovie.com and you'll find many answers.  You should be able to understand why it is important to vote after watching this movie!

  4. because how you vote does affect the governing of the country.

  5. To oppose Human Supremacy it is not enough to vote for own rights but to protect rights of others in world by making right choices. Human Supremacist would stand for profit over people, life itself. Human Supremacist Beliefs are responsible for Global Warming so it the reason to vote would be to vote for someone who would sincerely oppose Human Supremacist notions.

  6. Because then the world might think we are a democracy

  7. Because you get to have your say!
