  1. It is not impossible, and some tall buildings have been hit many times.

  2. It isn't. Actually, Lighting often strikes the same place twice if the thing it strikes conducts electricity. Think about the Lightning Rods on top of skyscrapers. They get hit a lot. Right?

This theory is basically a theory of probability. Think of shooting a wall, while blindfolded, not aiming in any way. Think of the chances of hitting the exact same spot twice.

What most people don't realize is that there are many factors that affect here lightning strikes. This theory would PROBABLY only work in a completely empty (Large) field.

  3. it is not impossible just unlikely. and the whole thing falls back to there are no two things exactly the same there will allways be diffrences.

  4. It is not. The Empire State Building gets hit all the time.

  5. It's not impossible, just VERY unlikely. It would be like winning the lottery twice in a row.

  6. It's not impossible, the spire atop the Empire State Building has been struck hundreds of times.

There is a park ranger at Yellowstone park who was struck at least three times.

  7. thats a good Q

  8. That lightning can strike the same place twice is without a doubt. The Empire State Building gets hit about two dozen times per year! One bad storm saw lightning strike the building fifteen times in twenty minutes.
