phonix picks who can listen in it was the owners way of doing things in spite of you being able to pick it up anywhere you have to ask for a invite also the sponsors wanted it that way

the station is aimed at German bikers and English too and these are the requirements of being able to subscribe for free.

the sponsors do play a big part of who can and can not have a code but the final decision lays with the owner and founder of the station
