Why is it my aiptek pvr has terrible quality after I record and watch on my windows xp pc?

After I record with my aiptek pvr, it has terrible quality. I've heard many people say it's a great camera, so maybe, I just did something wrong. Can I have help?

You need to set the Aiptek camera to record on its highest quality settings.  On the MPVR, that setting is the 640x480 VGA resolution.  The problem is that this older Aiptek camcorder records video at the same resolution of a webcam.

If you want better quality video, you need to upgrade to a newer model such as the HD which can record the minimal the minimal high definition resolution of 1280x720.  you can get the HD and HD+ models for $150
