Why is it outlaw motorcycle gangs do not like police officers?

Police are there to protect. So why do they (Motorcycle gangs) dislike Police?

Probably because the cops blow holes in that "good guy" sheen the criminal gangs want everyone to believe.  Like when they do christmas toy drives and c**p.

Why does someone who is breaking the law (and you did specify outlaw) dislike police? No one likes going to prison.

I think it's generallizing to claim that all motorcycle gangs or anyone in a motorcycle gang dislikes police officers. I'm sure some of them do. I usually feel nothing for officers until they treat me like I'm a stupid civilian, and not one of them.

If they bikers are 'outlaws', then sure, that would explain it. But just because they look rough, doesn't mean they are outlaws. My friends and I like to go on bike runs, poker runs, or whatever, but we don't have anything against cops. In fact, cops usually leave us alone since most of the time we're not speeding or drinking while operating a motor vehicle while riding.

I've found outlaws in general don't like police, no motorcycle needed. Same applies to gangs.
