Why is it people want listen now of days

basically I called charter an asked them when the next hd progam comes on. subce my guide does not say if anythings ub hd, they basically told me there was no hd programing unless I paid more for it. so I got two questions.

1. what ever happened to good customer service

2.. why do I have to pay extra for a program that dvertises it's in hd to get it in HD.

Give um an extra $5 and stop whinning.
