Why is it ?

that no matter what lane you drive in on the motorway in a tailback the other lanes move faster?

Thiose that get ahead of you do so because they look further ahead, and read the way the traffic is moving more effectively.  You really need to look ahead at least an eighth mile - a quarter mile is better.  That's all there is to it.  And sometimes it's luck, too.

it is just the way it is ! ... that's what THEY want you to think ... its a conspiracy they want you to get angry and brake the law so they can fine you , also it uses more fuel the sneaky gits ... im on to em ....
