Why is it raining at 102 degree? is that strange? or is that a sign of a earthquake or tornando?

i live in modesto ca. it waz raining like 10 min. or still raining i dont know. but its like really really hot. is that strange?

Global warming ahs the whole world out of whack..thats why there are so many tornadoes, hurrianes, etc...Gonna get worse.

I guess it can but it is kinda strange for that to happen in Modesto.  I saw it somewhere online that weather has nothing to do with earthquake.

Uh who cares how hot it is.  It can rain when its hot.
