  1. It is not summer.  It is spring.  Summer starts in June.

  2. i have no idea probably the same reason why it's spring and it's snowing here in Huntsville, Ont Canada and for all you ignorant people it only snows in the winter in Canada, well not this year it seems. but i think it is something to do with global warming and the ozone thing but i ain't no expert.  eh!

  3. basically, rain is  caused by water vapor evaporating into the atmosphere. It then condenses to form a cloud. Since we are surrounded by bodies of water, most of the rain is formed from the seas and oceans around us.

In my own observation, since earth is "heating up", evaporation in seas and oceans is more imminent which then condenses to form a cloud. During these times, it quite happens very rapidly.

I did not have many sources but this is on my own observations. I read some books to make me come up with such words. You may believe me you may not. It all depends on you. :D

But I tell you, too much rain and lightning and thunder in the middle of summer is not a good sign!

  4. it's been rainy up here in southern japan also

here's my guess.... mainland asia had a really cold winter. the cold air spilt over into the warm pacific. the water vapor condenses in the cool air, eventually the water droplets get too fat and fall on us

  5. hey im from the philippines too and it's raining here and lotsa lightnings...

    @question

typhoons are formed because of the warm water that turned into a vapor from the pacific that goes to the atmosphere and mixed with the cold air that'll form it.....

@the ignorant ppl who do not know the weather here

It is currently summer in the Philippines!!!

  6. I wonder that too, my dear kababayan. It's ruining my summer. I hate that kind of weather! Sunny morning which turns into a cloudy day, then the rain pours.

  7. No,  it is not global warming.   Don't listen to that stuff,  but in your area you have the ITCZ (Intertropical Convergence Zone) and also the effects of a cold front that is located in Luzon and the Visayas.   It isn't moving very fast and those two features make for a lot of rain.    My friend lives in Calbayog City.    I know this area well.

  8. ?

i would only know if i lived in the Philippines.

Sorry. I'm not a weather guy.

  9. Its called destruction of the ozone dear...we don't have seasons anymore..its all f****d up.

  10. Either is is global warming or it ain't summer yet....you find the correct answer. It does rain allot in spring, that is normal.

Global warming is real but I would like to add that it has raised the temperature of the planet 1 degree in over 100 years. The planet cycles between 3 degrees. I'm just saying that every strange weather condition is NOT GLOBAL WARMING!

  11. Global warming.

  12. An interesting question, considering the fact that on April 28, it isn't summer anywhere on this planet.
