  1. Because until nuclear tests done in Pokhran in 1998, it was not an official Nuclear "Power".  Implying the capability to use Nuclear power in warfare.

    India has nuclear power plants and has 'clean' nuclear energy for a much longer time.

I think it's sad that anyone wants that c**p anywhere in the world the killing potential is outrageous.  I hate nuke plants also when we have the knowledge to use wind and solar we choose nuke plants they can kill everything in 150 mile radius and solar and wind can kill nothing so really people who are the idiots?
