Why is it selfish to not want kids?

I am a 16 year old guy, but I do not want kids because they would prohibit me from traveling the world and doing the things that I want to do. My life is basically politics and government issues and I do not see what use kids would be. I have not had a girlfriend for years and I think I am too boring to appeal to girls, anyway.

Some people just are meant to have kids.  You could be one of them.  Your probably ment to do other things, like you said, traveling the world and such.  

Maybe when your older you may change your mind and want kids.  Its not a problem to not want them.
