i know whats your problem, u need a faster internet network connection, plus sometimes the things u do are used by a lot of people which makes it harder for u to connect to it. and sometimes the stuff u go to can be geographically far from the place your living in so it can be slower than anything else. also try virus scans and try to keep your computer empty especially your desktop because it slows down the performance of your computer (try putting all the stuff on your desktop in a folder and keep it there, then refresh your computer.

Hmm I am not advanced at technology, but I have the same problem. The website you might of heard of .... finallyfast.com speeds up your computer after a free scan. This isnt a scam either its the real deal...its in part with microsoft so try it out.
