Why is it so difficult to find an email addy for complaints or comments about various Yahoo facilities?

You can contact Yahoo! through any page on the web site. Just click the Help link in the upper right of a page. Choose any question and at the bottom of the question/answer page, click the No button. Fill out the form with your complaint and it will be sent to Yahoo! customer care.

I've noticed this too... I've certainly found yahoo 'customer service' to be lacking in the past when I've followed their links, emailed them detailed information, and get nothing in return, or simple bland messages.  I've not found the right way to go about getting a real person to help me yet.
