Why is it so easy to pay one group of people $10/hour to abuse another group of people making $5/hour?

Poor you. This may mean you have to go out and improve yourself. Horrors! Perhaps we should just pay everyone thirty dollars an hour across the board. Would that make you happy? Not me. First of all, I would have to take a pay cut, and second of all, it ruins the incentive for self improvement. Time to go get an education instead of whining on line.
