Why is it so freaking hot in Ohio?

Actually, I'm assuming it's hot everywhere else too but I only care about Ohio at this point. It's been around 95 degrees all week and it's only spring... we've also had copious ammounts of rain and just random thunder storms. Why is it like this? I never recall having a spring as hot and humid as this one.

If it's this bad now, what's the expected temperatures for summer?

im in MI and omg its turning green its storming bad and it was 93 today !! hot!! its prob global warming and its tornado season so yeh

yea i know what you mean im from cleveland....its like 93 right now and its about to storm. and watch in a few weeks its gonna be in the 50's or 60's.

106 is the highest temp that it hit this week here in northern TX, but at least it's not humid......
