Why is it so hard for people to hire great workers like myself ?

It seems that when I apply for a job that I can never get jobs as fast others , I want to know why , when I am a great and dependable workes who want to work and want to advance in a career that will hone all my qualities .

Agreed ~ I have the EXACT same issue and I am so good I will sometimes work free just to give that above and beyond but now I have realized it is just something people take advantage of and there is zero loyalty for those extra favors.
