Why is it so hard for two guys who like each other to go out?

Ok im Bisexual.i live in los angelas california.What i want ot know is why is it so hard to get with another guy that obviously likes you and is denial about it.i mean i know this guy likes me and i know that he knows i like him because i told him that i did.so whats up with that.

maybe he doesn't like you after all? or maybe hes closeted? or hes afraid of being in a relationship with a guy?

how can u sure that he likes you? did he told you? if yes maybe he's not that ready for that kind of relationship, if no, maybe because of your feelings for him your brain is telling you that he likes you to, but in reality no,

we can never tell what other is thinking nor to tell what/how they feel.,

maybe the best way is to confront him, and you should know the real status..

Because unfortunately it isn't as social acceptable as two women. People are self centered and anything that they don't understand will make them feel uncomfortable.

He could be nervous about what his parents, friends etc finding out. It sucks I know

I think you should ask him this question.  Ask him, "What is up with this?  We both like each other!"  

Seriously, it makes no sense.  Is he a total closet case?  Then that would make sense.  But if you already know he likes you (he must have expressed this to you somehow), then he must have some hangups to overcome.
