Why is it so hard to believe that Kobe could leave at the end of next season?

Kobe would make around 22 million in 2009-2010 with the Lakers but after taxes, lawyers, and agents he would end up with only making 13 million. If he takes a tax free 35 million Euros or $50 million he could keep all of it. Kobe could make 3-4 more money by playing in Europe!
