  1. because you are not in shape


  2. im not sure, but posture is everything when you run. if your crouched over while your running because your tired you will have heavy/ troubled breathing and more chance of cramps. if you stand up straight while running and focus on taking deep breaths you wont have trouble breathing. hope this helps :)

  4. Normal breathing is pretty shallow. When you run/jog, you have to take more oxygen into your body in order to keep it functioning regularly while exercising. If your lungs are not accustomed to breathing deeply, that's why it's hard.

  5. Your probably not used to the running routine yet. It can be hard but after a while, you get your breathing habits down. Drink lots of fluids and sometimes it helps to breathe in your nose and out your mouth.
