  6. lol....Not only you need new batteries, the sensor at the end of the remote may be dirty.

  7. Batteries are getting weak, or you have film over the LD sensors

  8. well when that happens to me there is usually some thing in front of it but maybe you should get a new remote or change the battery

  9. If you have to walk to the TV to change the channel, why not just put down the remote and change it manually. That functionality has been built into televisions for years now, something about way of the future.

  10. Theres a chance it could be the batteries, but when that happened to me it was the remote. the button, or below the button inside the remote could be damaged. i had to buy a new one, except the company gave it to me for free! (:

  11. It might be the batteries change them. If its not then you need to get a new one you might have dropped it too much then it short circuited and now its dangerous to use. You need to replace the batteries if that dosent work take it to your tv provider that gave ou the remote they can give you another one for fee or little cost. Or if you brought it yourself then go out and find a unervisial one

  12. That happens all the time with our tv to!

Probaly new batteries or... new remote?

  13. Maybe the batteries dying. :/

  14. maybe your batteries are going dead or the sensors are going out

  15. haha, this happens to me, make sure your remote is set to tv, my dogs change mine all the time because  i have a big one. even if you do have new batteries. sometime its the remote its self that dies, so you might need to get a new one, or sometimes we just throw ours on the floor really hard and it works after that  =]

  16. how big is the tv? is there a lot of stuff in front of it blocking the signal?  try putting it on a higher base if its not too big.  usually theres a certain "radar"  that you can usually see on the tv that detects when you press the remote buttons. try moving tv position and also cleaning off the the "radar"  it should look like plastic with a little light in it a little offcolored than the rest of the tv display depending on model

  17. batteries mine does it all the time its so stupid!

  18. maybe it needs new batteries

  19. bateries

  20. ummmm...new batteries u think?

  21. yep same with mine. So i changed the batteries in the remote to new ones. Try it. That may be the problem. Gd luk

  22. new batteries?

  23. if its satellite, you might have something blocking the receiver    so just check. if not, then batteries is the way to go

  24. either new batteries or  a new remote

  25. Try fitting new batteries. Many years ago,pre -remote control days, t.vs,. were  like babies, you had to get up regularly to change them.

  26. try changing the batteries

  27. It's either the batteries or the contact on the buttons. Try changing the batteries and if that doesn't work then buy a new remote

  28. because moisture builds up under the buttons...

  29. batteries are dead or the thing is old and half broken

did you really need Yahoo for that?

    jeez

  30. The sensor on the remote is probably not reaching the sensor on the TV... you'd have to adjust both of those things so they get a clear shot of eachother. Good Luck!!

  31. OMG! our tv is sooooo annoying too! my sister was changing the color and somehow she made it so we had only the 1st 18 channels and our power button on the tv got pushed inot the tv and our power button on the remote fell of becaus me cat chewed it off.
